President of CPAFFC Xiaolin Li Meets with the Chairman of Sino-American Friendship Association

On February 29, Xiaolin Li, President of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) met with Zhenfa Feng, chairman of the US Sino-American Friendship Association and his team. President Li said, Sino-American Friendship Association has organized multiple visits of American mayors to China since its inception, and plays an active role in facilitating the cooperation and communication between Chinese and American local governments and increasing mutual understanding of people from the two countries. Sino-American Friendship Association is expected to continuously diversify their channels to enable more American politicians and common people to understand China in a comprehensive way. Chairman Feng expressed their gratitude to CPAFFC for their strong support for SAFA’s work and their determination to continue promoting practical cooperation and development of sister cities from the two countries. Kevin Xu, board chairman of MEBO International spoke highly of the achievement CPAFFC made over the years in facilitating China’s civil exchanges overseas and expressed his willingness to join China Partnership Network “Every Woman, Every Child”led by CPAFFC to contribute to improving the health conditions of Chinese woman and children.
