Los Angeles, USA - February 27, 2024- On February 27, 2024, the 7th International Society for Regenerative Medicine and Wound Repair (ISRMWR) "Regenerative Medicine Forum" and the 2024 International Regenerative Medicine Day Reception Dinner opened in Los Angeles, USA, continuing its mission to advance the field of regenerative medicine. This year’s forum, particularly significant, marked the return to an in-person format after three years of virtual meetings, highlighting the persistent dedication to the legacy of Professor Rongxiang Xu.

The International Society for Regenerative Medicine and Wound Repair held Regenerative Medicine Forum and Exchange Meeting at the California State Capitol on the last Tuesday of February to promote legislators’ understanding of the significance of regenerative medicine for health and pay tribute to the late doctor and life scientist Professor Rongxiang Xu, who has made outstanding contributions to regenerative medicine and was praised as the pioneer of regenerative medicine by Professor Elliot Chaikov, Chairman of the Surgical Executive Committee of Harvard Medical School and academician of National Academy of Medicine.

Professor Rongxiang Xu invented “Moist Exposed Burn Therapy” - a revolutionary therapy for regenerating new skin in situ and established “Human Body Regenerative Restoration Science”, bringing new life to numerous burn patients.
